Balanced Scorecard

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Chatham-Kent Health Alliance's Balanced Scorecard.

This scorecard is an electronic window, through which you can see how the hospital is doing. The scorecard is one tool that we use to measure our progress towards achieving strategies and identify opportunities for continued improvement.

The Balanced Scorecard is comprised of four quadrants: Clinical Utilization and Outcome; Patient Satisfaction and Patient Safety; Financial Performance and Condition; and System Integration and Change.

Each of these quadrants has within it, several indicators. By tracking our progress on these key, quality indicators, we can measure our effectiveness, efficiency, safety and service to you - our patients, famillies, staff, and public.

At CKHA we welcome the opportunity to provide this improved level of transparency and accountability with this easy-to-use scorecard format, updated twice annually (Spring and Fall). If you have any questions related to this report, please contact lmcgivern@ckha.on.ca
