Consolidated Health Information Services (CHIS) is a shared services organization owned by Bluewater Health (BWH), Chatham-Kent Health Alliance(CKHA) and Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) providing in-house IT services to its members and to community health care agencies with a focus on information technology (IT), information management (IM), IT/IM support and service, and project management.
