Strategic Plan 2025-2030

Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) 2025–2030 Strategic Plan is a roadmap that sets the organization’s direction for the next five years with a focus on responding to the health care needs of the communities we serve. 

Developed through extensive engagement with CKHA staff, physicians, volunteers, patients, families, community members, and partners, this plan reflects the values of the Chatham-Kent community. CKHA’s strategic objectives are rooted in the feedback received throughout the engagement process. 

The Strategic Plan is big enough to survive five years and is precise enough to be actionable. This plan will be guided by the new purpose statement: “Our Focus is You,” and the new values statement: “As your community hospital, we value easy-to-access health care rooted in equity and kindness.”
