Patient Relations

Compliments, Concerns, Questions and Suggestions

Your compliment, suggestions, concerns and questions help Chatham-Kent Health Alliance improve accessibility, care and the overall experience for patients, visitors, staff and physicians. We are committed to listening to and learning from your experiences.

Compliments and Suggestions

If you feel a certain aspect of your hospital experience was exceptional or you have a suggestion as to how we can improve please let our Patient Relations office know!

Concerns and Questions

Step 1: If you are actively receiving care at CKHA consider speaking with a member of your care team.

You are encouraged to try to resolve your questions or concerns directly with the people involved in your care as soon as possible. Your nurses, health care professionals and/or physicians will be most knowledgeable about your (or your loved ones) care and will be able to respond quickly.

If your care team is not able to resolve your questions or concerns to your satisfaction, please ask to speak with the Charge Nurse, Manager, Director or After-Hours Supervisor.

Step 2: Contact Patient Relations.

If your questions or concerns are not specific to your clinical care, were not satisfactorily addressed by your care team, you are no longer in CKHA’s care, or you are not sure who to speak to, Patient Relations will be pleased to assist you.
