CKHA reminds the community that these clocks serve as a general guide. Emergency departments will continue to prioritize patients based on severity, ensuring those with life-threatening conditions are seen immediately. Anyone experiencing a medical emergency should always call 9-1-1 or proceed directly to the nearest emergency department.
