Arriving to Diagnostic Imaging
Please arrive for your Diagnostic Imaging 30 minutes before your appointment.
Ensure that you bring your OHIP card (or other provincial health card if out of province).
Upon arriving for your Diagnostic Imaging, please follow the registration instructions depending on your appointment time:
Chatham Site
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM: Register at Diagnostic Imaging – Zone D, Level 1 (main floor).
- Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–10:30 PM, and weekends: Register by phone at Central Registration (located near the front sliding doors).
- Appointments after 8:00 PM: Enter through the Emergency Department doors and register by the phone at Central Registration (located near the front sliding doors).
Wallaceburg Site
- Register at Central Registration in the main lobby.
