If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the Patient Appointment Office at 519-437-6089 at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Because these appointments are highly specialized, cancellations or missed appointments may cause significant delays in rescheduling. Please have your Health Card number ready when you call.
