Influenza Outbreak Declared Over on Complex Continuing Care Unit at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance
CHATHAM-KENT: December 28, 2022 – Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) is pleased to share that the Influenza outbreak declared in the Complex Continuing Care 4th floor (CCC) Unit at the Chatham Site on December 20, 2022 has been declared over by CK Public Health.
CKHA would like to thank CK Public Health for their guidance and support during this outbreak, and the hospital’s staff and physicians for their continued commitment to providing safe, high quality care under these difficult circumstances.
Infection Prevention and Control measures will remain in place across the organization and CKHA will continue to review and monitor its operations.
