Patient Experience
At Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA), patients, their families, and our communities play a vital role in helping us improve the care, service, and experience we provide.
As your community hospital, we value easy-to-access healthcare rooted in equity and kindness. Your voice matters, and there are many ways you can help us make care better for everyone:
- Understand your rights and responsibilities as a patient.
- Reach out to the Patient Relations Office to share compliments, suggestions, concerns, or questions.
- Complete a patient satisfaction survey after your hospital experience.
- Join our Volunteer Patient Experience Advisory Program to share your perspective and help shape care.
Visit any of the tabs in this section to learn more about how you can support your local hospital and contribute to a positive patient experience.
